The family food connection
This weekend is dedicated to families, and when I think of my family I also think of food. Do you have foods or meals that remind you of a loved one? Less sugar please?

Stop targeting children with unhealthy food ads
I don't routinely watch child programming, however when I do (either with my nephews or purposely creeping YTV out of genuine curiousty) I am shocked by the advertisements targeting children. These advertisements aren't just toy advertisements but all sorts of food ones (and unhealthy foods).
