Chicken Mango Lettuce Wraps

The summer weather has finally arrived! My favourite type of meals in the heat are colourful, fresh, and light. Who else feels the same? This past week I made these delicious chicken mango lettuce wraps and they turned out fantastic. The best part is they were completely satisfying, keeping me full for hours! The mango salsa would also be a great topper for salmon, chicken burgers, or anything off the grill. Give it a try. One Pan Baked Salmon & Asparagus
