Program includes:
 

  • 2 pre-recorded weekly workouts (15–30-minute workouts)
     

  • 1 LIVE 30 minute workout (date and time TBD)
     

  • Weekly healthy recipes and sample meal plans
     

  • Eating guidelines 
     

  • Weekly nutrition challenges (small things you can do to feel your best)
     

  • Online support from Angela 
     

  • Online community of women to help keep you motivated and accountable
     

This 4 week program runs 3 times per year (January, May & September).

REGULAR PRICE: $115

Programs are eligible to be covered by extended health care benefits for registered dietitian services.
