Are you looking to feel good in your body, to eat in a way that leaves you feeling energized and happy? To move more? To make healthy lifestyle changes in a supportive environment?

 This program is perfect for any woman looking to make small changes to feel their best. This is a great way to get started and develop some healthy habits.

This group challenge focuses on small changes that truly make a difference in how you feel.


The challenge includes:


  • 2 -4 pre-recorded weekly workouts (15–30-minute workouts)

  • Weekly workout/exercise schedule 

  • Weekly healthy recipes and sample meal plans

  • Eating guidelines 

  • Weekly nutrition challenges (small things you can do to feel your best)

  • Online support from Angela 

  • Online community of women to help keep you motivated and accountable

This 4 week program runs 3 times per year (January, May & September).
