This program is perfect for any woman looking to make small changes to feel their best. This is a great way to get started and develop some healthy habits.
This group challenge focuses on small changes that truly make a difference in how you feel.
The challenge includes:
2 pre-recorded weekly workouts (15–30-minute workouts)
1 LIVE 30 minute workout (date and time TBD)
Weekly healthy recipes and sample meal plans
Weekly nutrition challenges (small things you can do to feel your best)
Online support from Angela
Online community of women to help keep you motivated and accountable
This 4 week program runs 3 times per year (January, May & September).
