Angela's Approach

Angela loves to help people of all ages create healthy lifestyles that they are excited about. She likes to use a combination of nutrition and exercise counseling to help people achieve their goals and lead healthier lives. She wants to help people realize that nutrition and food choices can make all the difference when trying to prevent or treat chronic diseases, improve physical activity levels, improve sleep, improve skin conditions, and improve overall quality of life. Angela approaches nutrition care from a holistic perspective. This involves treating the whole person and taking into account their daily lives, which includes their mind, body, and spirit, as well as considering their social, environmental and cultural influences.

“Balance is key. I use a non-dieting approach to nutrition and health. I truly believe that all foods fit and my main goal is to help people have a healthy relationship with food. I am here to help you remove some of the negative feelings you have towards food and guide you to feeling confident and happy in the food choices you make daily. Most importantly, I am here to help you feel great from the inside out."
