New Mom Surthrival Program

Did you know that your body requires more nutrients postpartum than it did during pregnancy? This is often not talked about, but your body has A LOT of recovering to do postpartum. Not only does it need to recover, but it’s also dealing with sleep deprivation and more bodily demands. Nutrition can make all the difference in support your energy, despite a very tiring time. Angela will help you find a way to eat healthy while being extremely tired and busy. 


12 week program includes:

  • 3 visits with Angela

  • Healthy eating guidelines & recipes

  • Core rehab exercises to support core strengthening (2 short workouts each week)

  • Access to nutrition and postpartum related webinars

Feel Good Program

Are you looking to feel good in your body, to eat in a way that leaves you feeling energized and happy? This program is perfect for any woman looking to make change and feel their best. Perhaps you are looking to lose weight, gain energy, meal planning or manage gut health symptoms? Based on your needs Angela will create an individualized plan of action to help you meet your goals and feel your best.
