Pilates Sculpt (Wednesday PM)


Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises focus on core strengthening to support posture, balanace, and strength. The sculpt portion of the classes focuses on toning the muscles of your body with light weights and additional props. 


The classes are heated (approximately 25-27 degrees celsius).


Classes run from 4:45-5:30 pm (45 minute class)


This 4-week series runs from September 20th - October 11th. The plan is to continue after the 4-week series.
