Pilates Sculpt (Wednesday AM)
Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises focus on core strengthening to support posture, balanace, and strength. The sculpt portion of the classes focuses on toning the muscles of your body with light weights and additional props.
Classes run from 9:30am - 10:20am
This series includes classes from Wednesday January 10th - Wednesday February 14th.
