Barre Pilates (Tuesday AM)
Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises focus on core strengthening to support posture, balance, and strength. Barre is a fusion of ballet and pilates, it is a wonderful blend that will leave you feeling strong and energized.
Classes run from 9:30-10:20am on Tuesday mornings.
