Class Pass Options:
Mom & Baby Pilates is a pre-registered program offered in 4 or 6 week sessions.
Baby must be 8 weeks old to participate.
45- minute class, Wednesday's at 11am.
First 4-week session starts November 27th.
Next session in January 2020.
Prenatal Pilates also runs in 4 or 6 week sessions.
All trimesters welcome.
60-minute class. Date & time TBD.
